YOUR ORDER
Edit or Cancel
You may be able to cancel your order for a short period of time after you place it so long as your package has not been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible.

Order Status
After placing an order on our website processing time will vary depending on work hours. Most orders are processed through our west coast warehouse and we send confirmations manually during normal business hours. Our hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific, Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or evening will be processed as soon as possible on the next business day.
We process and package all orders manually, some delays may occur while we confirm stock.

Tracking & Carrier Info
For domestic U.S. orders we use Fed-Ex. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number and delivery estimate as soon as your order is processed.

Pre-Orders
Items listed as Pre-Order are not currently in stock. We offer items as Pre-Order when there is a high demand or limited quantity for said product. These items are sold for full retail price, you will receive an ETA for delivery but no exact arrival date is guaranteed until items reach our warehouse and are scheduled for shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Exchange an Item
If you are not satisfied with color or fit of your purchase you may exchange the product for an equally priced item within 7 days of original purchase. Item in question must be in new condition. Customers are responsible for shipping expenses and a possible re-stocking fee. Please contact us for details on item exchanges prior to shipping anything back.

You may return items that are in new condition within 7 days of original purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping expenses and re-stocking fee. Item price will be reimbursed to original purchase account excluding re-stocking fees. Please contact us for details on returns prior to shipping anything back.
-Re-stocking fee of 15% applies to items in new condition. If item is not as sold, we have the right to refuse any refund.
-All shipping costs for a return are to be paid for by customer.
-Sale items are nonrefundable and sold as is. Conditions may vary.
-Clothing items are nonrefundable.
Damaged Item Exchange
In cases where purchased item was delivered with damages or missing parts please contact us immediately. We inspect all purchases thoroughly before shipping but understand damages may occur while in transit. In such occasions we will do our best to replace damaged item or deliver missing parts as promptly as possible.
PROMOTIONS & COUPONS
Free Shipping
In special promotions we offer free shipping within the continental U.S. for non sale items. This offer is extended to our parts and excludes bicycle sales unless otherwise noted. When free shipping available the purchase must be completed and will be followed by a reimbursement of the shipping cost. A confirmation will detail charge reimbursements when the purchase is processed and ready to ship.
When returning or exchanging an item received with free shipping the customer is still responsible for shipping costs.
Promo Codes
In special promotions we offer promo codes to be redeemed during check out. Codes must be used within assigned calendar days in order to be considered towards your purchase.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Rush Delivery
If rush delivery is desired to receive packages promptly you may request this prior to placing a purchase online. Rush delivery will require extra shipping costs depending on delivery location.

In-Store Pickup
When available we extend the option to pick up bicycles fully assembled at your nearest bike shops. This option is based in certain factors like dealer location and product availability. When in-store pickup is available we will contact you to extend the offer and communicate you to the dealer that will handle the sale and make sure that the product is in perfect condition.
Bicycles handled through a bike shop become the responsibility of the shop. If there are any questions or concerns with a bicycle received via bicycle shop, you may contact them directly.
Free Shipping

Some older model products that are not available through our website might be available through our independent bicycle dealers. In case you are looking for a specific part or component to one of our older models you may contact us and we will do our best to provide any information as to availability.
Low stock products or one off items might be placed in our "deals" pages. These items are sold as is and conditions may vary.

Color Availability
Every season we re-stock our most popular bicycle models as well as produce new items or color variations. Although we take great care of producing a high quality product in a consistent matter, paint color might be slightly different from one season to the next.

PRODUCT SUPPORT
Product displayed online is usually “up to date” when it comes to availability, products carried by our independent bicycle dealers or bike shops are not always the latest model or current season color. Bike shops might have older stock and colors in their shop floor which cannot be guaranteed to be consistent with any newer models.
Because of our quick turn-around when it comes to stock, we always suggest purchasing the desired item as soon as possible.
Replacement Parts
If you receive damaged or faulty parts with your purchase please contact us immediately. Not all components are available for purchase separately.

Bike Assembly & Repair

WARRANTIES

Limited warranty:
Frame and Fork: For the lifetime of the original owner
Components: 1 year for the original owner (does not cover tires, tubes or wheels)
This warranty does not cover:
-Normal wear and tear
-Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycles as sold
-Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse or neglect
-Use other than recreational i.e. mountain biking, BMX, downhill, racing, tricks, etc.
***This warranty is void in its entirety by any modification of the frame, fork or components.***

Bicycles purchased through our independent bicycle dealers are subject to their own warranties. Please contact them in case of questions and concerns.
REGISTER YOUR BIKE
SERIAL NUMBER
All of our bicycle frames come with a unique serial number imprinted on the head tube on the front of the bicycle. This number is required to register your bicycle for warranty purposes. We recommend writing it down as it might help identify your bicycle in case of loss.
